The cartoon film movie that the supervision extended, and Makoto Sinkai was in charge of a script as for animated cartoon "five Centimeters Per Second." It was shown in Japan in March, 2007. The work that these "five Centimeters Per Second" won "Best Animated Feature Film" in a prize for Asian Pacific movie of 2007.
This work "consists of a short story of "Cherry Blossom" "Cosmonaut" 3" of "five Centimeters Per Second".
Takaki Touno and Akari Shinohara that it is unlike a detached room with the graduation of the elementary school. Only time was over the special thought that there was only among two people in the other place.
Takaki goes to encounter Akari at last while the heavy snow falls on such one day…….
"Cherry Blossom" which I described the day of the reencounter of Takaki and Akari in, "Cosmonaut" which I pictured the later Takaki in from the viewpoint of another person and title product "five Centimeters Per Second" which cut the wandering (I ask for one) of their soul.
