Kobato.

Anime "Kobato." is fantasy Anime of the CLAMP original. It is published serially in "monthly new type" (Kadokawa Publishing) from October, 2006. It broadcasts it as Anime TV than October, 2009 and starts. As for the book, three volumes are published.
With a title called "Kobato" (temporary), it published it serially in "monthly Sunday GX" (Shogakukan) once.

One girl who rose herself for a certain purpose in a certain one apartment did it. Her name is Kobato Hanato. Her purpose heals a human stained heart to go to "the place that I want to go", and fill "a bottle" for the heart.
