Power Dark Zone of the evil that was going to color the world into darkness invaded "a garden of the light" to take seven prism stones. Fairy, Mepple and Mipple of the garden of the light succeed in escaping into "garden (the earth) of the rainbow" with two prism stones though prism Stone of five is robbed of it. Second grader of the Verone academy Junior High School girl part which discovered the fairies accidentally, Nagisa Misumi and Honoka Yukishiro are attacked suddenly by a monster of Dark Zone which ran after a fairy. Fairies gave two people power of the transformation to legendary soldier, Pretty Cure while Nagisa and Honoka fell into a crisis. Two people who totally vary in both the character and the expertise make a combination as Pretty Cure and will challenge a fight to recapture a prism stone from Dark Zone in this way.
