Spent Madoka Kaname as a second grader of municipal Mitakihara Junior High School ordinarily, but witness a certain girl fighting against a monster using magic in a natural disaster at night, and "contract with me, and is told to a magic girl by a mystery white creature when want it to be"; have a dream. It was beautiful girl Homura Akemi judging from a dream to have changed school to Mitakihara Junior High School on the next morning. Homura knows Madoka well for some reason and warns, "I must not become a magic girl".
Sayaka Miki of the close friend and Madoka which dropped in are led to the mysterious voice and lose the corner of the building and are crowded and happen to meet Homura which is going to kill creature, Kyubee and it which I watched in a dream after school. Madoka and Sayaka help damaged Kyubee while being puzzled, but I hesitate about the different world just after that and am crowded. It was Mami Tomoe of the magic girl who contracted with Kyubee in the third graders of the same junior high school that saved two people among monsters to be the familiar spirit of the witch.
