Anime "Soul Eater" is action Anime of the Atsushi Okubo original. The Manga printing block is published serially in "Monthly Sh nen Gangan" (Gangan Comics) from June, 2003. As for the book, 17 volumes are published.
It was broadcasted as TV Anime until March, 2009 from April, 2008.
The stage is Death Weapon Meister Academy(Shinigami buki craftsman vocational school), popular name DWMA(Shibusen).
Shibusen becomes a pair with "a weapon" with a cage "craftsman" for the purpose of raising "a weapon" with "a craftsman" and is active. The final aim is to create people of "the death size" to serve with the god of death by recruiting 99 souls of the bad person and devil woman's soul one to "a weapon".
As for the catch copy, "the healthy soul dwells in healthy mind and the healthy body".
