Anime "Shiki" is suspense horror Anime of the Fuyumi Ono original. The Manga printing block is published serially in "Jump SQ." (Shueisha) from December, 2007. As for the book, eight volumes were published; there is it. It is broadcasted as Anime TV than July, 2010.
Summer, 1994. A village separated from from the circumference, a small village, a Sotoba village of a population of 1,300. In this village without changing from old days, a custom of the burial was still left firmly.
The small change that happened in the peaceful village first. It was an old European-style building removed and reconstructed from somewhere. The resident of the European-style building which I do not readily go over. One day a travelers' guardian deity of Muranaka got out of order. A cause of death missing dead person to increase in sequence.
And the residents of the village notice it; when "this village is surrounded by death"……
