Anime "REC" is slapstick romantic comedy Anime of the Q-Tarou Hanamizawa original. The Manga printing block is published serially in "monthly Sunday GX" (Shogakukan) from December, 2002. From February, 2006 to March, it was broadcasted as TV Anime.

Fumihiko Matumaru working at the confectionery company gets to know with Aka Onda of the new rice voice actor from just a thing in a movie theater. It is an opportunity an apartment of Aka becomes the fire in the evening, and to have brought back in a house and will cohabit in an apartment of Matumaru. Aka realizes a dream smoothly, but quarrels with Matumaru that work does not go well afterwards. Confirm each other's feelings by the drinking session that attended accidentally, and become a lover openly,; but called the voice actor of Aka, because of the profession, secret love of 2 who cannot announce it began. It is sometimes a love comedy and two everyday stories to swirl of sometimes muddy human relations wham-bam at time that it rolls up individual people around such Matumaru and Aka.
