Anime "Claymore" is dark fantasy anime of the Norihiro Yagi original. The Manga printing block is published serially in "monthly boy jump" and "jump square" (Shueisha) from June, 2001. As for the book, 17 volumes are published. From April, 2007 to September, it was broadcasted as TV anime.

The world where "an apparition" I drink a human being, and to live thrives. Cray more, Clare who received a request of the apparition subjugation are dispatched in the village of living Degas of boy / Raki murdered a family by a vampire. Clare sees through into the mimesis of the apparition and I handle a duty and leave the village. Raki driven out by the village feels a favor to Clare who defeated the enemy of the family and comes to share an action with Clare afterwards. Meanwhile, Raki is attracted by Clare who wields a sword for people while gradually assuming severe fate. Clare comes to feel kindly toward Raki which saved oneself beyond the limit in the middle of a fight in Holy City Rabona again.
