Do girls get nosebleeds too?

While we mostly see the guys having nosebleeds when they see a extremely hot, sexy woman, I don't see the reason why girls, both in anime and manga, shouldn't.

Basically the reaction in the male and the female body is the same when we see someone extremely attractive or desirable. Our blood pulse increases and starts flowing into that certain part of the body, either voluntarily or involuntarily.

So, girls get nosebleeds when they a hot guy, specially if it's a bishonen character!
