An unknown virus, the light of the sun to spread in the earth and the atmosphere burnt to the ground were blocked by mine dust, and the earth was full of desolatenesses. The people are forced to the life in isolated dome type cities to live under such an environment.

When it was a delusion of Rel made with the mythomania reaction in the primary lunacy state by the stoker by concealment work of Security Bureau, the monster was cleared up, and there was never the person who believed witness testimony of Rel. Existence of mysterious monster "Proxy" hushed up to reckless driving of Security Bureau, the silence of the Information Board and darkness. Order of Romdo which seemed to be perfection has begun to shake little by little.

I begin to examine Rel which was excluded from the investigation of the murder case about Proxy secretly, but it is monkeyed around by the expectations of the appearing and disappearing upper echelon. It was asked national treason, and the man of the mystery emigrant who seemed to be the only clue escaped from Romdo.

In search of the truth, I make up my mind Rel throws away Romdo full of deceptions, and to chase emigrant Vincent Law in "Deathworld" and the outside world said to. With with Proxy and the truth to contain the world that Rel found in the end….
