It is the remake of the former work, but the contents of one one episode are arranged for the present age, too. In addition, it seems to be Osamu Tezuka to insert clear opposition of the good and evil called "the atlas vs. the atom" 9 as the series. In other words it is a device to understand that both the good and the evil hold each weakness and a trouble in each adversely by continuing nine themes called the opposition of the good and evil.
